    Meditation and Mindfulness
    2nd June 2020 until 21st July 2020
    On Tuesday
    Time- 10am to 12pm

    People with a regular meditation practice often report feeling more peaceful and less stressed. Typically, they notice reduced anxiety, enjoy better focus and generally experience improved physical and mental well-being. This course forms a foundation for starting or re-starting a practice in meditation, using simple techniques such as mindfulness to help regain contentment.

    Reading for Inspiration
    3rd June 2020 until 22nd July 2020
    On Wednesday
    Time- 1pm to 3pm

    This is the perfect space for sharing your opinions about stories we will read as a group. Modern short stories will be chosen which are inspiring and motivational. You will grow in confidence in expressing yourself and will enjoy hearing how other learners understood the story

    IGCSE
    3rd June 2020 until 26th June 2020
    On Wednesday & Friday
    Time- 9:30am to 12pm

    Students will study selected texts from the Pearson Edexcel English Language Textbook and will practice writing imaginatively and in various non-fiction forms as they revise and develop their skills and awareness of how language works, in preparation for IGCSE English.

    4 weeks of 2.5 hour sessions
