We run evening Pilates sessions at the Centre on a pay per class basis.
These 1-hour weekly sessions help to boost fitness, flexibility and wellbeing

14th January 2022 On Friday Time- 10.30am to 11.30pm
This class offers a full body workout, with lively Latin music and dance steps - combining cardio, muscle strengthening and balance to achieve flexibility and fitness. Each session ends in a stretching routine to warm down and promote body and mind connectivity.
