Pilates (Evening)

We run evening Pilates sessions at the Centre on a pay per class basis.

These 1-hour weekly sessions help to boost fitness, flexibility and wellbeing

£5 per class (attend the first class for free)

This class offers a full body workout, with lively Latin music and dance steps - combining cardio, muscle strengthening and balance to achieve flexibility and fitness. Each session ends in a stretching routine to warm down and promote body and mind connectivity.

Vegetarian Cooking for Less

Why not learn to cook Vegetarian meals for a low price but still full of flavour?

This 6 week free course will show you recipes as each week you learn to cook a tasty meal
